Sinamay abaca fiber Our Sinamay is class A. Export Quality. We only use the white fibers of abaca when weaving. The resulting cloth is light beige in color ( very neat to look at) and soft to the touch but supple enough to hold shape. Comes in different colors. It is stiff and pliant at the same time so it is ideal for making hat brims with the tropical look. It lets the light filter through.
